This list is for foods that do not feed Candida. Keeping strictly to these foods enhances the alkalizing process of the digestive tract. You can see some recipes on the RECIPES page to get inspired with new kind of cooking. It is advised to eat as much as possible raw. And to avoid cooking on high heat.
I have bolded the foods that are especially beneficial and more alkaline.

Candida – Foods to Eat List:

NON-GLUTEN WHOLE GRAINS:

Long brown rice
Buckwheat
Millet
Quinoa
Amaranth
Almond meal

BEVERAGES:

Pau D’arco tea
Dandelion tea
Peppermint tea
Chamomile tea
Green tea
Liquorice tea
Wheatgrass juice
Aloe Vera juice
Barley green juice
Squeezed lemon juice
*Drink at least 2 liters of filtered or mineral water
Soy milk, not added malt or sugar
Rice milk

Pure Coconut oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Flaxseed oil
Sesame oil
Linseed oil
Organic Tahini – sesame seed spread
Your own salad dressing:
Olive oil and lemon juice seasoned with garlic, herbs, sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Maca powder

Moderate use of
Lean beef, preferably organic
Skinless organic or free range chicken
Turkey
Lamb
Wild game meat – Kangaroo meat
Fresh fish

Almonds, soaked overnight in water
Brazil nuts, hand peeled

Goji berries in moderation
